NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:
The only payment made for products returned or exchanged during the sale will be a CREDIT NOTE applied to the discounted (sale) item(s). There won’t be any refunds given.
Disposable and unclean goods are best for hygienic reasons.
The product ought to be in its original label and packaging. No items will be accepted if the original tags are removed.
Customised goods are not exchangeable or refundable.
Requests for returns or exchanges that are not made within seven days of the product’s delivery will not be honoured.
After the return or exchange request is accepted, the merchandise will be picked up within five to seven days.
If necessary, adjustments would only be made once for the blouses or specially ordered items. Should you require any more modifications, you will be responsible for paying both the modification and shipping costs.
Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned.
Sarees that are already draped cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only in-store refunds and exchanges are accepted for merchandise bought from our retail locations. Likewise, returns and exchanges for internet purchases are limited to online transactions.
The issued credit note is good for one year from the date of issuance.

If you would like to cancel your order, please do so before it ships. After the order is shipped, shipping costs are not refundable.
Return Guidelines
Please refuse the shipment if the product arrived damaged or if the packaging shows signs of tampering. Send an email to support@twiniv.in with your order ID included. You will not be charged extra for the replacement.
The costs of shipping and COD are not refundable.

Within 48 hours after receiving your order, send an email to support@twiniv.in with your Order ID and a picture or video of the defective or incomplete item if your order arrives damaged, inaccurate, or incomplete. After the pickup is complete, we will either mail a replacement item or issue a refund for the merchandise.
Please cancel any orders you need to before they are sent.
Should you choose to cancel your order before to shipment, you will receive a full refund.
Our staff would perform a quality check on the products when we received them.
You would only receive a refund for the merchandise, not for the cost of shipping.
You won’t be able to encash a credit note if you choose that option.
Should we not offer pick-up service at your area, you will be required to send the items yourself. You would receive a credit note for a maximum of 150 INR for reverse shipping.
Sadly, we do not have an exchange policy in place for customers who are located abroad.
The refund link for COD orders will be emailed to the registered email address and phone number. If the link isn’t redeemed, you can get a new one by contacting our customer support within three months.
Exchange Guidelines:
Within ten days of receiving the merchandise, submit an exchange request using the following link: https://www.twiniv.in/contact-us. If the request is approved, you will receive an email from us confirming it within 48 hours. After the merchandise is picked up, a credit note for the purchase price will be issued in 3–4 days.

When the goods is picked up, please make sure the original product tag and the packaging are still in place.

We would notify you as soon as your package is received.
